Raima Sen turns down Madhur Bhandarkar's 'Page 3'! This bit of news comes as a surprise to us, especially after Raima had shown her interest in doing the Madhur Bhandarkar film, 'Page 3'. According to a source close to her, Raima was initially very thrilled when she was offered the project, but later, after reading the script, her interest level hit an all time low. We wonder, when National Award winning actress Konkona Sen Sharma is doing the film, what is stopping fellow Bong, Raima? When we probe further, we found out that Raima, it seems, wanted the lead role for herself. And when we asked producer Bobby Pushkarna about it, he said “Yeah, we had a talk with her, but I don't what happened after that. I think she wanted to play Konkona's role. And I have no patience to go convince her about the role; if she doesn't want to do it, it's fine by us. Moreover, we have signed Tara Sharma for the other role instead, and we will be taking one more girl for the film.
