The earthy beauty Konkona Sen Sharma, winner of the national award winner for Mr and Mrs Iyer , has opted out of a TV show- Nari . The actress walked out of the woman based Bengali show because of acting assignments, which require her to travel and stay often in Mumbai.
She is Madhur Bhandarkar's heroine for Page 3 , a movie that features the hollow life of Page 3 socialities. Besides, she also has Manu Rewal's Imandaar , Siddharth Srinivasan's horror flick Raat Akeli Hai with Tara Sharma and Booman Irani and debutante Sonali Bose's Ammu wherein she plays an NRI- for which she is travelling to US to pick up the American accent, in her kitty.
